Biography
Ghassan Al-Safi
Ghassan Al-Safi is the Operations Director at Beyond, with 19 years of experience using innovation to drive growth, value creation, and cultural change across government, corporate, and entrepreneurship ecosystems.
He was a key member of the team established and operated 1957 Ventures, Riyad Bank’s corporate venture builder, and previously managed several technology incubators under Badir Program, supporting more than 150 startups. He was also a member of the Opportunities Committee at Oqal Angel Investment Network.
He specializes in innovation ecosystems, strategy and portfolio management, corporate venture building, intrapreneurship, entrepreneurship, partnerships, and capability development. As a Strategyzer coach, trainer and innovation advisor, he applies evidence-based methodologies to translate strategic opportunities into scalable programs, sustainable capabilities, and measurable outcomes.
